Jennifer A. Beckman

Jennifer A. Beckman is a partner at Beckman & Steen. Ms. Beckman has practiced in the family and probate areas of law since 1987. Her family law practice includes divorce, child custody/visitation, child support, property division, spousal maintenance, post-decree issues, paternity, domestic abuse, and appellate practice. Her probate practice includes guardianships/conservatorships and the probate of uncontested and contested wills.

Ms. Beckman involves her clients in resolving their issues whether through mediation, collaborative law, negotiation, or litigation. Ms. Beckman is an experienced litigation attorney who is comfortable in the courtroom.

Jennifer is actively involved in the community, she volunteers at Chrysalis giving seminars regarding divorces, custody/parenting time, and child support, as well as, advising clients through their law clinic. She is also involved in her children’s schools and is working with other business owners to improve the business community in the firm’s neighborhood.
